I had car trouble while traveling and needed help urgently. The team was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it right away, which gave me great peace of mind. It was obvious that they really know what they're doing and take pride in their work. Thanks to them, I was able to finish my trip without any issues and safely drive all the way back to Orange County. Thank you again for your excellent service. Do not come here, listen to the reviews they're true. I took my 2008 c300 Mercedes Benz here, & Joseph Nino is unprofessional, a scammer, tries to change and raise the prices. He doesn't know anything about automotive, I was quoted $460, Joseph Nino said $100 for bumper alignment when removing the headlights the bumper comes off regardless it's part of the job. Says an extra $100 because mechanic will need to know why the low beam electrical circuit isn't working. I've always done work on my own Mercedes but this time it was electrical I couldn't do, he also said to leave an unknown deposit amount and I voluntarily left a $199 deposit for future headlight repair work. I instructed Joseph Nino not to remove the headlight, without informing me but the mechanic removed it anyway and didn't notify me. I was told the small fuse and electrical checks were free, and the paperwork showed an inspection of $0 diagnostic fee. After wanting to cancel the future repair work, and requested a refund of my $199 deposit. The refund was refused, yet the owner Julian was there present. The professional environment, from the front desk to the back, including Patty, Joseph, and the mechanics, was exceptional. They offered reasonable prices and did an excellent job. My Audi Q5 is now running nice and smooth. Thanks, guys!

Everytime im there they just have that positive energy ,they have great service and great price ,been there e few times they do a great job. All the work they've done on my vehicles non of the problems have come back and will continue taking my future cars there .

I took my 100k dollar car to this shop for SIMPLE repairs. They gave me back my car A WEEK LATER THAN PROMISED AND WITH 30 CODES. My car did not have these codes before to me taking the vehicle in to the shop and I showed them pictures THEY DID NOT COOPERATE. Now I have a car that’s a non op because of their incompetence.
